Every person in our team is dedicated to making a difference to the e-waste crisis.

We’re pioneering a new way of looking at e-waste as e-resources. We are consistently developing new ideas and innovative solutions to tackle this wicked problem.

Our team of 72 are spread across six locations in Australia, and come from diverse backgrounds. We have experienced metallurgists and geologists, engineers, construction, telecommunications and site operation experts in our processing facilities. They are supported by an office team of legal, strategic marketing and communications, IT, people and culture, finance, safety and business development experts.

Board of Directors

Angie Bradbury

Executive Chair & Managing Director

An experienced Non-Executive Director, Board Chair and leading strategy consultant, Angie joined the board in March 2025 and was appointed as Chairperson.  This follows three years consulting on corporate and brand strategy for Sircel.  She has a deep understanding of the business and brings more than 20 years board experience in the Government & Private Sector to the Board.  Angie was the Founder and Managing Director of a leading strategic marketing consultancy which was sold to a US holding company in 2017, at which time Angie continued as Managing Director on the APAC leadership team.

She has a reputation as an insightful, direct and pragmatic corporate leader with a strong focus on organisational alignment to corporate strategy, fiscal responsibility and sound governance.

John Rawicki

Company Secretary

John has been a Director of the Company since March 2016, and also serves as the Company Secretary.

John has over 18 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience, specialising in the technology and resource sectors. Prior to joining the Board of Sircel John worked as a stockbroker at several Sydney-based broking firms including PhillipCapital and Ord Minnett where he developed a niche business in ASX-listed resource juniors. Prior to that, John developed a successful commodity futures trading business, and worked as an analyst at JP Morgan. Over his career, John has raised significant funds for both public and private high-growth companies, arranged reverse takeovers, IPOs and M&A deal flow, and assisted ASX juniors with PR and IR strategies.

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Kenny Lee

Non-Executive Director

Kenny Lee brings extensive experience across capital markets, regulatory strategy, and cross-border investment. With a background in legal and commercial advisory, he has guided high-growth businesses, institutional investors, and international clients through complex transactions and governance.

Kenny’s expertise in fintech and technology sectors adds forward-looking insight into digital innovation and compliance—key to Sircel’s e-waste solutions. He has advised foreign businesses entering the Australian market and held senior roles in both listed and private companies.

Kenny joins Sircel focused on strengthening its legal and commercial foundations as it enters its next phase of growth. Known for his considered approach and ability to bridge technical complexity with clarity, he brings perspective shaped by years of advising leadership teams on governance, opportunity, long-term value, and ESG priorities.

Nandan Balachadran

Non-Executive Director

Nandan Balachadran is a Partner at Tectonic Investment Management, a 100% independent, employee-owned investment firm based in Kingscliff, Australia. At Tectonic, Nandan is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and execution of transactions across global public and private markets. Since joining in 2022, he has contributed to the ongoing success of the flagship Tectonic Opportunities Fund, which has delivered 27.9% annualised net returns since inception and strongly outperformed the ASX All Ordinaries Accumulation Index.

Previously, Nandan spent 12 years as Senior Vice President in the Private Infrastructure investment team at Partners Group, a leading Swiss-headquartered global alternative asset manager. He led the origination and execution of direct private equity investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors across Southeast Asia, India, Japan, and Australia, working in Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. Earlier in his career, Nandan worked as an analyst at Bloomberg LP and in private equity research. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Singapore Management University.

Mike Utsler

Non-Executive Director

Michael Utsler is a highly experienced energy executive with over 45 years of global expertise across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil, gas, and energy sectors. He has held executive and non-executive roles with major companies including Amoco, BP, Woodside Energy, New Fortress Energy, and Otto Energy, with assignments across the US, UK, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

Known for building world-class organisations and delivering business value through strategic management and operational excellence, Michael has recognised leadership in health, safety, and environmental (HSE), risk, and crisis management.

Notably, he led the Deepwater Horizon response for 3.5 years—the largest crisis in industry history—coordinating 48,000 people, 6,500 vessels, and 125 aircraft, with a spend of $17 billion (totalling $67 billion). His expertise also covers corporate strategy, financial acumen, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation. Michael currently also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Santos Energy, SciDev Ltd, and formerly on the board of Oil Search.

Anthony Karam

Chief Executive Officer

After more than 20 years of experience as a commercial lawyer, in-house counsel, corporate consultant and an executive-level manager of businesses in the mining and technology sectors, Anthony Karam started on a different journey after seeing, firsthand, the enormous e-waste landfill dumps in West Africa back in 2017. At the same time, he was exposed to emerging, but mostly untested, new technologies aimed at solving complex challenges. These experiences ignited a passion and kickstarted an investigation into what was really happening with the world’s stockpile of e-waste.

Cameron Bain

Group Growth

Cameron has more than 30 years of experience in operational, business development, engineering and delivery leadership. He is currently Head of Major Projects and Services, overseeing all business operations across our national projects and largest clients. Cameron has built some iconic large-scale multi-billion dollar programs of work both in Australia and overseas and has held senior positions at Alcatel Lucent, NBN and Nortel. His experience and relationships in the telecommunications industry are pivotal in addressing the global e-waste challenge by providing a solution for one of the world’s largest contributing industries of electronic waste.

Cameron has been part of the leadership team through the development phase of Sircel and has played an integral role in developing our processes and standing up plant and equipment across Australia. He is dedicated to making better possible through best-practice operations and implementing the highest safety standards across each of Sircel’s sites.

Mark Ryan

Group – Head of Circular Trading, National & International Markets

Mark leads the Sircel sales and business development team with more than 20 years of experience in the waste management industry. Mark is an expert in resource regeneration and leverages his deep understanding of materials and recovery techniques to advance Sircel’s mission of eradicating electronic waste from landfill.

Mark has been integral in Sircel’s foundation story, travelling the world to investigate solutions and leveraging his industry knowledge to support the design of our end-to-end solution. He is also the Founder and General Manager of Sircel’s strategic partner, CBD Waste, which supports Sircel’s transport capability across Australia.

Sarah Young

CFO & Head of Corporate Services

Sarah brings over 20 years of commercially-focused financial leadership to her role as CFO and Head of Corporate Services at Sircel. With an impressive track record of helping complex technology businesses scale and commercialise, she has successfully managed significant capital raises and M&A transactions across deep-tech, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Sarah’s experience spans leadership roles at innovative companies including Skykraft, SYPAQ Systems, and archTIS, where she has consistently guided financial strategy during critical growth phases. Her expertise encompasses financial management, corporate development, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on sustainable business practices and ESG principles.

At Sircel, Sarah oversees financial, legal, people and compliance functions, reporting directly to Chairperson Angie. Her deep understanding of the renewable energy sector and commitment to sound governance makes her instrumental in advancing Sircel’s mission of sustainable technology solutions while driving fiscal responsibility.

Brent Murray

National Head of Sales

Brent brings over 20 years of B2B sales excellence to his role as National Head of Sales at Sircel. With extensive multi-industry experience delivering strategic solutions across diverse sectors, he has built a reputation for driving growth through genuine partnerships and innovative approaches to complex business challenges.

His expertise spans strategic account management, go-to-market strategy development, and building high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed KPIs across Australia’s largest companies.

At Sircel, Brent leads the national business development function, overseeing sales strategy, key account management, and team development across all sites. His commitment to sustainable solutions and open, supportive leadership style perfectly aligns with Sircel’s mission of advancing renewable energy technology. As an active volunteer with St John Ambulance NSW, Brent demonstrates the community-focused values that drive our organisation’s environmental and social impact objectives.

Amanda Muir

Head of Compliance, Group HSC and Risk Manager

Amanda has a longstanding history with our company, transitioning from Operations Manager to Sircel’s Head of Compliance, Group HSE and Risk Manager. Her in-depth knowledge of our processes and site operations are crucial to her current role in identifying risks and maintaining the integrity of Sircel risk controls. Amanda continuously monitors our operations in relation to industry codes and legislative frameworks, developing strategies to ensure readiness to respond with best-practice solutions. She is experienced in advising on, developing, implementing and maintaining relevant policies, procedures, frame works and plans to ensure legislative, regulatory and registration compliance across the company. Amanda is committed to ensuring all our employees work in an environment that not only complies but exceeds national health and safety standards.
