End-to-end recycling services for telecommunications and tech giants
We work with Australia’s leading telecommunications providers, electronics manufacturers and retailers to deliver seamless, efficient and end-to-end e-waste recycling.
Our clients have complex e-waste challenges, and our expert team manages a broad scope of work with them – from extracting obsolete exchange equipment to processing vast quantities of PCB.
For example, we work with Australia’s second largest telecommunications provider, Optus (owned by Singtel) to decommission live exchanges around Australia. We have processed more than 850 tonnes of mobile phones and tablets, data servers, cables and computer hardware, diverting 95% of all materials, and 100% of plastics, from landfill.
How it works?
We will customise an effective way to transport and process your obsolete electronics, diverting up to 100% of the materials from landfill.
1Scoping: we’ll analyse your requirements using our proprietary methods, data and decades of global recycling experience and advise the easiest, most efficient solution.
2Logistics: our personal customer service team handle all logistics, from providing specialised collection receptacles to international compliance, transit documentation and chain-of-custody tracking.
3Processing: our expert team triages incoming materials for recycling or reuse. End-of-life electronics are recycled in-house into <1mm fractions for commodity-stream separation. We data-erase all repurposed devices with world-leading technology and provide complete sanitisation certificates.
4Reporting: we have customised our Razor ERP reporting platform to provide detailed, transparent reports on weight processed and diverted from landfill, which our clients access through our online portal.

Our e-waste recycling process
We have built a customised, large-scale mechanical recycling process
With state-of-the-art, accredited facilities across Australia’s east coast, Sircel can process larger volumes than all known Australian e-waste recyclers and processors. Our large-scale process is safe, generates low-emissions and recovers market-leading rates of green metals.
