Australia’s first PCB Processing Line
Whole Printed Circuit Board processing with SircelARRC™
For the first time, whole printed circuit boards (PCBs) can be processed right here in Australia utilising SircelARRC™ our proprietary green technology.
SircelARRC™ is modern sustainability in action, yielding the highest possible resource recovery through a safer, cleaner, and more scalable system deployed right here in NSW.
Sircel can provide ethical onshore processing and long-term local partnerships.
PCB Processing at Sircel
Faster, cleaner and fairer.
We’ve just completed a major investment in Australia’s first dedicated PCB resource recovery process. It’s faster, cleaner, and fairer with market-linked commodity pricing (linked to the London exchange) offering live commodity rates. And because we operate in Australia, there’s no regulatory risk associated with overseas export.
This dedicated recovery line delivers:
- Market-leading commodity extraction via specialised equipment designed specifically for processing whole, dismantled and recovered PCB
- Faster processing times than overseas alternatives
- Reduced costs for compliance, freight and insurance
Our new PCB processing capability extends our unwavering commitment to eradicate e-waste from landfill and return valuable materials to the circular economy.
Why choose Sircel?
Better for business, better for the planet.
Regulatory Compliance
Australia’s Basel Convention obligations will likely restrict hazardous e-waste exports, so processing domestically eliminates regulatory risks and ensures full compliance. We are also ISO accredited and have obtained R2v3 at our Villawood site.
Economic Advantage
By processing locally, you will avoid international freight costs and complications arising with customs and hazardous goods logistics. Our commercial model often delivers more attractive returns than overseas alternatives.
ESG Outcomes
All processing is completed in Australia for traceable, high-standard environmental practices. Reduce your supply chain emissions while supporting Australian jobs and circular economy outcomes.
Speed & Convenience
From collection to payment, our streamlined process is faster and simpler than international export channels. You get paid quicker, as it’s all processed in-country.
Quality Assurance
Our R2v3 certified facility ensures responsible handling with full asset tracking and reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions
What rates do you pay for PCB?
Our PCB purchase rates are competitive with global benchmarks and vary depending on the grade, quality, and type of your printed circuit boards. Factors such as component density, volume, source device and board condition all influence pricing. For a personalised quote based on your specific PCB materials and current market rates, please contact us directly. We provide competitive pricing and can assess your boards to ensure you receive the best possible value.
How often do your commodity prices update?
Our PCB commodity prices are updated in real-time based on live spot prices from the London Metal Exchange (LME). This ensures you always receive current market rates that accurately reflect the latest market conditions.
What are your minimum quantity requirements?
We evaluate each enquiry individually and don’t have a strict minimum quantity requirement. Payment is processed via Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) once you’ve created an account with us and we’ve received, weighed and assessed your materials.
Do you provide free collection services and what's your coverage area?
We offer collection and delivery services, and freight costs are factored into your quote, if required.
How quickly can you arrange pickup?
We typically arrange pickup of your PCB materials within 72 business hours of your request.
What's your typical turnaround time from collection to payment?
Once we receive and grade your PCB materials, payment is processed via Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) and paid via EFT.
Do I need to sort or prepare PCBs in any specific way?
While there are no specific packaging requirements, pre-sorting and grading your PCB materials can help expedite the payment process.
Can you handle mixed grades of PCBs in one shipment?
Yes, we can process mixed-grade PCB shipments and will provide you with a blended price based on the overall composition. Simply send us photos of your materials and we’ll give you a quote before processing your shipment.
What happens if the actual weight differs from my estimate?
We provide full documentation of the actual weight received, including photographic evidence of materials on our scales. Our documented receival process ensures complete transparency and accuracy in weight verification.
Can I get a preliminary quote based on photos before committing?
Yes, we provide preliminary quotes based on photos of your PCB materials. For domestic supply, we prefer to inspect the material before shipment where possible. Simply submit clear images showing the types and condition of your boards, and we’ll give you an estimated value before you commit to shipping. We will also reconcile upon receipt of your materials.
Do you accept PCBs with components still attached?
Yes, we accept PCBs with components still attached, including items like heat sinks and individual components. However, we don’t accept complete electronic devices or fully assembled units under this service. Please contact us if you have other general e-waste recycling requirements.
What documentation do you provide?
We provide a comprehensive Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) that includes the weight, grade classification, and market price paid for your materials. No documentation is required from you to complete the transaction.
Do you offer ongoing partnerships or preferred supplier arrangements?
Yes, we offer favourable mid-term supply agreements for suppliers with significant volumes. Contact us to discuss terms and pricing based on your expected supply capacity and frequency, and we will customise our arrangement with you.
Do you pay on assay?
We can offer assay-based pricing for larger quantities where we sample, test, and pay based on the material content. Contact us to discuss whether your volume qualifies for this premium pricing option.
