Mark is a fellow of both Chartered Accountants ANZ (FCA) and Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD). Mark is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience with a broad base of financial skills in a variety of industries, having spent 33 years with KPMG, where his roles included risk advisory, internal and external audit, IT advisory and management consulting experience in Australia, Asia and London. He had a national role in leading product heads for many years; enabling growth via identifying, creating and commercialising new products.

Upon retiring from the KPMG partnership, he has provided strategy, commercialisation, business growth, innovation and governance advisory, and performed non-executive Director and due diligence committee roles, for ASX listed and unlisted companies.

He is currently Audit & Risk Committee Chair and Non-Executive Director of DUG Technology Ltd (ASX: DUG); and Deputy Chair, Audit & Risk Management Committee Chair and Non-Executive Director of Horizon Power. Mark was appointed as a Sircel Ltd independent Non-Executive Director in May 2020 and is the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

John has been a Director of the Company since March 2016, and also serves as the Company Secretary.

John has over 18 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience, specialising in the technology and resource sectors. Prior to joining the Board of Sircel John worked as a stockbroker at several Sydney-based broking firms including PhillipCapital and Ord Minnett where he developed a niche business in ASX-listed resource juniors. Prior to that, John developed a successful commodity futures trading business, and worked as an analyst at JP Morgan. Over his career, John has raised significant funds for both public and private high-growth companies, arranged reverse takeovers, IPOs and M&A deal flow, and assisted ASX juniors with PR and IR strategies.

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

After more than 20 years of experience as a commercial lawyer, in-house counsel, corporate consultant and an executive-level manager of businesses in the mining and technology sectors, Anthony Karam started on a different journey after seeing, firsthand, the enormous e-waste landfill dumps in West Africa back in 2017. At the same time, he was exposed to emerging, but mostly untested, new technologies aimed at solving complex challenges. These experiences ignited a passion and kickstarted an investigation into what was really happening with the world's stockpile of e-waste.

Anthony has dedicated the last six years to solving the e-waste problem by asking, what if we could do better? What would it take? And what would it look like? After months of travelling the world, bringing together some great minds and testing solutions, he has led Sircel to achieve what many along the journey thought impossible - creating an end-to-end solution that recycles up to 100% of e-waste at scale.

Anthony continues to lead the growing Sircel team with the catch cry "making better possible" as the company expands its operational footprint to eradicate electronic waste from landfill, globally.

Cameron has more than 30 years of experience in operational, business development, engineering and delivery leadership. He is currently the Sircel COO, overseeing all business operations across our world leading process. Cameron has built some iconic largescale multi-billion dollar programs of work both in Australia and overseas and has held senior positions at Alcatel Lucent, NBN and Nortel. His experience and relationships in the telecommunications industry are pivotal in addressing the global e-waste challenge by providing a solution for one of the world's largest contributing industries of electronic waste.

Cameron has been part of the leadership team through the development phase of Sircel and has played an integral role in developing our processes and standing up plant and equipment across Australia. He is dedicated to making better possible through best-practice operations and implementing the highest safety standards across each of Sircel's sites.

Mark leads the Sircel sales and business development team with more than 20 years of experience in the waste management industry. Mark is an expert in resource regeneration and leverages his deep understanding of materials and recovery techniques to advance Sircel's mission of eradicating electronic waste from landfill.

Mark has been integral in Sircel's foundation story, travelling the world to investigate solutions and leveraging his industry knowledge to support the design of our end-to-end solution. He is also the Founder and General Manager of Sircel's strategic partner, CBD Waste, which supports Sircel's transport capability across Australia.

Mark brings over ten years' experience in commercial strategy to the Sircel executive team. He has a strong track record in challenging businesses to grow through innovative technology adoption, data-centric strategies, and supporting high-quality talent acquisition. Most recently, he led the commercial strategy and execution of the A&NZ and Canada retail sales division at online trading company, Axi. Mark is skilled in global customer relationship management and accessing untapped market segments. As Sircel's Group Commercial Officer, Mark leverages his diverse knowledge and skillset to oversee the implementation of company systems and procedures, monitor and analyse financial data, and support long-term client and industry partnerships. His role as part of Sircel's leadership team is crucial to supporting the company's vision for long-term success.

Tony brings more than 20 years of finance experience to Sircel as our Group CFO. He has previously held CFO and COO positions for several organisations varying in size and complexity and operating within the commercial, property services and financial services industries.

Tony is responsible for managing the financial governance of Sircel including managing its cash flow, business partnerships, insightful reporting and overseeing all other aspects of the company’s financial success. His expertise in implementing and managing financial systems and controlling and evaluating capital structure has been critical in establishing Sircel’s foundation. Beyond his finance expertise, Tony is passionate about supporting a warm and inclusive team culture at Sircel through his leadership delivery.

Amanda has a longstanding history with our company, transitioning from Operations Manager to Sircel’s Group HSE and Compliance Manager. Her in-depth knowledge of our processes and site operations are crucial to her current role in identifying risks and maintaining the integrity of Sircel risk controls. Amanda continuously monitors our operations in relation to industry codes and legislative frameworks, developing strategies to ensure readiness to respond with best-practice solutions. She is experienced in advising on, developing, implementing and maintaining relevant policies, procedures, frame works and plans to ensure legislative, regulatory and registration compliance across the company. Amanda is committed to ensuring all our employees work in an environment that not only complies but exceeds national health and safety standards.

Angie built Sircel’s marketing and brand strategies and continues to advise on their implementation. She is a highly respected and sought-after marketing strategist with two decades working with leading brands. Angie was the Founder and Managing Director of several leading marketing and communications agencies and is now an independent consultant. Angie was the 2019 Women of Inspiration for the Australian Women in Wine Awards and continues to mentor and develop people through all facets of their careers. Angie is a regular guest speaker, keynote presenter and agitator on issues relating to contemporary marketing challenges, including all factors of ESG responsibility. Angie consults on a broad range of business challenges, including the development of marketing, communications and brand strategies, issues management, and stakeholder management.
